Incorporated in 2015, Desire is a small jewellery business specialising in custom-made wedding bands, engagement rings and unique jewellery made to order. We are also proud to offer a wide range of gold and silver jewellery as well as a comprehensive repair service. We have branches in Brent Cross, Croydon and Exmouth, and our own workshop in Hatton Garden, London.

Our journey began in wholesale, with Desire’s sister company Turquoise. Our director travelled around the world, meeting manufacturers, designers and stone-dealers. He built up a strong network, learning where to find the best quality and the best prices for metals, stones and finished jewellery. Now we can use this knowledge to pass on great deals directly to our customers. As we worked to supply retailers, we realised that more and more often we would conceive a design and then ask manufacturers to realise it. This became one of the most satisfying part of our business, and we began to shift our focus in this direction.

We began to yearn for the personal contact that retailers have with their ultimate customers. So, Desire was born! We find that helping people to choose and/or design a special piece of jewellery is a truly rewarding experience, and it is a pleasure witness the joy our customers feel when they hold the finished article it in their hands for the first time. We understand that a gift of jewellery - whether it is a special pendant, an anniversary gift or an engagement ring has much more value than the money that buys it: it is a symbol of love that you will have and hold forever, and a token of a shared story.
